Round 01: Technical Game

For this challenge we're inviting you to play a game. Roll the dice once for each icon, move forward on the board and see what kind of technical theme you get. The colors on the squares represent different categories of technical prompts; under each category there are 10 specific themes, which you can see below the board. The specific theme will be randomized from the correct category. Only the prompt category represented by the main color of the square is required, but if you want more challenge, use the other colors/themes as well:

NORMAL MODE: (1 prompt/icon) A random prompt from the background color category
HARD MODE: (2 prompts/icon) Random prompts from the background color and side strip color categories
EXTRA HARD MODE: (are you insane? 3 prompts/icon!) Random prompts from the background color, side strip color and star color categories

Your finished set will count as the lowest mode that all of the icons fit into (i.e. if only some icons use hard mode, the set itself is Normal mode).
Note for hard/extra hard mode: some of the prompts you get may be contradictory, e.g. 'light textures' with 'matte', or 'dark' with 'pastel coloring'. In these cases it will be enough that some part of the icon fits the prompt (e.g. one block being matte and another having light textures).

Participate by commenting "I want to play", and I will throw the virtual dice (aka a randomizing script I wrote for this) and give your results in a neat graphic so you can visually follow your path to the end. The script will generate 20 dice throws since that is the max amount of icons, but remember you only need to finish the first five, and after that however many you want. The themes need to be completed in order, that is after all how you would move on a game board! Most of you will probably get to the end in 20 moves or less - this means the rest of your icons can be ACs, but of course if you want themes for them as well, you can go back to the start and see which squares the rest of the dice throws would get you to.

Asking for a set of throws does not count as any sort of sign up, so definitely ask for them even if you're not sure you can complete this challenge!
Please label the icons in your post in some way to indicate which prompts they are for and which mode was used.

(*) Color explosion = use as many different colors as possible (**) Blending = For this round, a blend is defined so that the subjects interact with each other in an overlay effect, so there shouldn't be an obvious cut between the images. In some parts of the icon, both images should be visible in the same place. You'll probably need layer modes other than Normal to achieve this effect. (***) Collage = Usually referred to as a type of blending, but there should be a clear cut line between images. You can achieve this by cutting the top image from its background and leaving the layer mode on Normal.
