Extension + some notes about tags
Round 6: Minimalism vs complexity is extended by one day, the new deadline is March 1st 22:00 UTC+2 (COUNTDOWN). The new challenge will still be posted tomorrow, before the end of this current round.
Also, just a few words about the use of tags. I just took a moment to fix them, as they were a bit of a mess. Some guidelines about tag usage:
Also, just a few words about the use of tags. I just took a moment to fix them, as they were a bit of a mess. Some guidelines about tag usage:
- from now on the entries should be tagged with "round: xx" instead of "challenge: xx". I already converted the existing tags. There has been some confusion about which to use and some of our posts have possibly had different instructions, so huge apologies for that mess. It seems that in the early stages of developing this community we were intending to use "challenge", but it sort of naturally drifted into "round" which seems more natural, and has already consistently been the guideline for entry post titles, so let's go with that tag from now. I can't edit the current round post,
thyla87 will edit it later, but if you see this before posting your own set for this round, please use this new naming method despite what it says in the challenge post.
- in this community anyone can create their own tags, so you don't need to ask us to create a maker tag for you. I just went through all of the previous entries to check if maker tags are missing, and added the ones that were. Sorry that some of these requests were overlooked/forgotten/not noticed, I'll try to keep a better eye on these things from now on!
- please don't use any other tags other than the maker and round tags. There's no need to use fandom tags or anything else since this is not a community with claims, and there could be 20 different fandoms in your post. Using these would just clutter the tags unnecessarily.
